Rental Policies

Fuel is not included in the boat rental price. Customers are expected to pay the fuel balance after the vessel is returned and inspected by E-Z Marine Inc. personnel for damages.
Renter must be 21+ with valid ID & boating certificate required.
Credit card on file is required for damage authorization.
Renter is responsible for all damage incurred during the rental period.
Damage may be charged after the rental period if it is discovered later.
A 50% deposit is required at booking to reserve a rental vessel. The remaining 50% balance is due at pickup, prior to departure.
Cancellations 7+ days before the scheduled rental date: deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled rental date or failure to appear: deposit is non-refundable.

(This applies to Half Day & Full Day rentals that are made within a 7-day period of the expected rental date.)
Unsafe weather conditions may result in rescheduling, shortened rental periods, or prorated charges at the sole discretion of management at E-Z Marine Inc.
Required safety equipment is provided. Children under age 13 are required to wear a
U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jacket at all times while on the vessel.
